We both feel incredibly blessed given that so many others have had to postpone their plans yet again but, despite Covid and planning three versions of our special day, we finally managed to achieve it … we are finally married! Woohoo!
As our special day ended up being a micro-wedding, thanks to Covid & Boris, we were determined that all our guests enjoyed a fabulous guest experience especially as everyone was ready for a celebration after the difficult past few months.
The colour theme for our special day was a palette of rich, jewel colours – forest green, plum and navy along with opulent gold. So with this in mind we prepared a gorgeous selection of our boutique bags styled in navy, crisp white and a luxurious gold. We filled them with our bespoke selection consisting of milk, white and dark chocolates and mini Niederegger marzipan loaves … delicious Belgian truffles, iconic praline sea shells, soft caramels, pistachio marzipan, cappuccino creams, ganache of pear and mango, espresso marzipan, biscuit and vanilla creams, our favourite One Shots in dark caramel & sea salt, Prosecco, milk and white chocolate, boozy gin truffles and finally Rolos … because sharing the last one was our personal beginning!
We both enjoy that little hit of chocolate during the evening so we saved our sumptuous chocolate boutique bags for an evening treat for our guests. Our beautiful display of boutique grazing bags quickly disappeared! Some were devoured straightaway … others were spied the next day stashed in guest’s luggage to be enjoyed once at home. Our individual chocolate grazing bags were a resounding success loved by all!
